Fitness Ball 1 Leg Core Rotation

Exercise Name: 1 Leg Core Rotation

Body Part(s) Worked: Abdominals / Core

Start: Similar to Core Rotation, keeping you abdominals contracted the entire time, lift one foot, and rotate slowly to the side. Repeat to other side, keeping abdominals tightened.
