Taking care of yourself and your fitness is a daily lifestyle choice. Fitness On The Run primarily goes to your home to meet your unique fitness needs, although in our spare time, we take willing clients out to do various outdoor activities on weekends. Whether it is mountain biking, road biking, surfing, standup paddle surfing, hiking, or triathlon training, we'll do it with you. We do it anyway on the weekend, so you might as well join us! So although we may blog about paddling on to 8 foot surf, we do that seperate from our business. But, we do ride bikes, run, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
