Lifestyle Modification Challenge
The Fitness on the Run Lifestyle Modification Challenge (LMC) is an eight week intensive program designed for the person who needs extra help in developing healthy lifestyle practices. The LMC teaches basic principles of exercise, nutrition, posture, and other lifestyle issues needed to initiate successful changes in one’s lifestyle. Over the eight week period you will receive:

  • 4 days of personal training per week. A total of 32 sessions each session lasting 45 minutes.
  • A binder that includes articles on basics of nutrition, exercise, goal setting, and other lifestyle management topics necessary to elicit change.
  • A meeting with a personal chef to learn how to cook healthy foods, shop for fresh fruits and vegetables, reduce fat in your meals, and effectively freeze foods for up to two weeks. You will also watch her cook your dinners for two for 3 days!
  • 3 nutrition analysis based on three days of your actual diet to learn a rough estimate on how many calories you are consuming daily and what vitamins may be lacking in your diet.

The Lifestyle Modification Challenge is a program that is meant to push you out of your comfort zone and help you to realize your full potential.
