I recommend the Reistaball brand of stability balls. They come with a pump, and are resistant to tears. If you are 6 feet or over, I recommend the 65 cm ball. If you are under 6 feet tall, I recommend the 55cm ball.

Bands
Here is another link for the bands that I use in both my golf conditioning clinics as well as my training sessions. I recommend the premium brand of tubes since they come with a door attachment. There are other brands out there, but I have found that they tear easily, and do not come with a door attachment.
