Swiss Ball 1 arm Row
Swiss Ball Roll Outs

Great work so far on your home workouts!  Keep the comments coming and let me know what’s working and what you’re struggling with. We are going to integrate many different muscles groups into these exercises so we are efficient with our time. Try to get 10 or more reps of each of these 4 exercises, and after you finish, start over and repeat it 2-3 more times if you can.  As a reminder, pick the variation of each exercise that matches your ability level. I’ve got some good stuff for you today so let’s get moving!

TRX Train Like the Pros

Squat + Shoulder Press - little weight - more weight - most weight
1 Leg Deadlift - Little weight - more weight - most weight
TRX T - change vector angle
Pushup + Side Plank - Knees - toes - add weight

You guys have been doing really good with your workouts, so I’m back with another 4 exercise workout you can do with a ball, dumbbells, and a Suspension Trainer. We are going to integrate many different muscles groups into these exercises so we are efficient with our time. I have the Perfect Valentines Dessert for you that is Healthy, fun to make, and makes fun things happen.  Yes, these Dark Chocolate covered Strawberries are just the dessert for you and your special someone to enjoy on Valentines day.  
Before we make these Dark Chocolate Berries, let me explain to you some of the benefits of Dark Chocolate.  First and foremost, it is a natural Aphrodisiac... perfect for Valentines day.  The second most wonderful thing about Dark Chocolate is that it is Low in Sugar and low on the glycemic index, which make it a great dessert.  It also has Tons of cell protecting Antioxidants similar to Green Tea, fruits, vegetables, and Nuts.  Dark Chocolate is also great for your Heart!  It Lowers Blood pressure, improves blood flow and prevents plaque formation in arteries.  Good for your brain, it can improve cognition, and this sexy valentines day dessert will fight premature …. AGING!  Keep you and your loved ones young.  What did you think I’d say?

Here are the ingredients:

10 Oz dark Chocolate
About 30 Strawberries
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
⅓ cup of coconut milk

At Home Workout Routine #2

I’m back with another 4 exercise workout you can do with a ball, dumbbells, and a Suspension Trainer. We are going to integrate many different muscles groups into these exercises so we are efficient with our time. Ball Pushup with side to side - Knees - ankles - Toes
Pull Ups - TRX - Feet on the Ground - Feet Off the Floor - L Pullups
Reverse Fly - To make this more difficult just add more weight
TRX Pistol Squat - 1 leg lunge with Step, Pistol Squat, Pistol Squat Jumps

SUPER BOWL SALSA!

In this Super Bowl the real question you should be asking is not which Harbaugh brother will win, but rather what you are going to bring to your super bowl party.  We all know that the store bought salsa tastes like turf toe, so why not be the MVP of your superbowl party and bring some fresh, healthy salsa that is made from all real ingredients.  Oh - and it’s really easy - which is always a plus.

We are going to use
5 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
3 De-seeded Jalpenos
1 De-seeded Serrano Pepper
1 de-seeded Habanero Pepper
½ Bunch of Cilantro
1 Lime
and ½ Teaspoon of Sea Salt

And if it couldn’t get any easier, we are just going to put each of these ingredients into a food processor one by one and mix them together  to make THIS!  It really is that simple.
And why we are at it, here are a few options for a healthier chip - a Rice Chip, a Hemp Chip, and a Blue Corn flaxseed deal.  All of them are gluten free if that’s your bag, and will be a much better option than most of what is out there so make sure you bring something like this to your party.
