I’m back with another at home workout for all ability levels using just a ball, dumbbells, and a suspension trainer.  We are going to integrate many different muscles groups into these exercises so we are efficient with our time.  As a reminder, we are doing 10 reps of everything, and try to get in 3-4 sets of all of these exercises, and beginners can do variation 1, and for more you more advanced peeps out there, do variation #2 or #3.

Healthy Chicken Fajita Recipe 

I'm back in the kitchen today to give you one more idea for a healthy meal using real food.  We are going to eat some easy to make Lettuce Wrapped Chicken Fajitas, which are a regular menu item in my house.  I think it is a good idea to stay away from flour tortillas whenever possible.  Aside from the gluten in them which can be an inflammatory food for a lot of people, the tortillas are high in carbohydrate and are just empty calories that can be avoided without much pain.  
We are going to start with our marinade for the chicken.  I filet and marinated 4 organic free range chicken breasts in..
2 Squeezed Mandarin Oranges or 1 big orange
1 Squeezed Lime
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon of paprika
2 Minced Garlic cloves
Marinate for 20 minutes up to an hour.  Grill The Chicken and slice in strips.
On the stove, add 1/4 tablespoon of coconut oil to a pan and place 2 thin sliced bell peppers of your choice along with one half white onion and a pinch of sea salt and pepper if you want.  Cook these until they are soft, but not too soft, then squeeze some lime on the top of them when you are ready to serve.
Grab your big leafy lettuce and place some chicken stips in the lettuce cup, and add your fixings.  In addition to peppers and onions, I like to add avocado and salsa.
