TRX Posture Exercises With Nikki Phillippi
Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 5:49AM Recently I met up with YouTube Superstar Nikki Phillippi and showed her 3 exercises for her posture. They are using a TRX to do a Row, W, and I. All these are great exercises for bad posture from sitting at the desk, using a computer, or just to prevent slouching.
