Healthy Turkey Meatball Recipe
Monday, September 3, 2012 at 6:39AM I’m into turkey meatballs, so I’m going to show you how you can make some awesome, yummy organic meatballs which are packed full of protein, nutrients, and fresh, whole ingredients. We are not putting in any preservatives, and we will use all natural spices for flavor. I find that when you use real ingredients it’s hard to mess up... Goes Perfect with my healthy Pomodoro Sauce!
Recipe: Ingredients
3LBS Turkey
1/2 medium Onion
½ red pepper
1/2 cup of Sun Dried Tomato
6 small cloves garlic
2 eggs
1Tspn Ground Black pepper
1Tspn Sea Salt
½ Tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
½ Tablespoon Thyme
½ Tablespoon Oregano
½ cup Parsley
½ cup Basil
½ cup Sage
400 Degrees Convection Oven for 20 min

I like this for its lower fat content
