Olympics Gymnastics Rings - Handstand Pushups
Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 4:30PM This is not a necessary exercise for health and fitness, but a super cool exercise to do on a set of Olympic Gymnastics Rings. Handstand Pushups on the Rings are a very difficult exercise for your shoulders and most other muscles in your body. Doing this exercise on the rings make it more difficult than on the floor because the rings are very unstable and require you to stabilize the rings throughout the movement.
