BODY WEIGHT TRAINING EXERCISE PLAYLIST

 Here's a quick rundown on the latest videos I've been working on using your body weight as resistance.  At the moment, this playlist from which this video was made contains 14 videos doing more traditional calisthenics exercises such as pull ups, dips, pushups, rows, and some more creative variations which you might want to try in your next workout.  These exercises are difficult, but there should be some lead ups to each you how to make it easier or more difficult for your ability level.  Be careful!
