Double Rainbow Workout at Vidcon 2012

Last year at Vidcon, Bear and I decided we were going to get him in shape over youtube.  I made a couple of videos explaining a few workouts for him, but it is different when you show up and do the work in person.  So, we decided at Vidcon this year we would get a workout in that Bear can take home and do without any equipment.  So, Here's what we did:
2 sets of:
1. Ball Wall Squat 20 reps
2. Pelvic Tilts
3. Quadroped (opposite arm/leg)
4. Floor Plank Hold 20 seconds
5. Side plank Hold 20 seconds
6. Prone Cobra Hold 20 seconds
Congrats to Bear on his recent weight loss!  Bear lost 30+ pounds by Juicing fresh fruits and Veggies for a meal.  Keep it going Bear!
