Here's a collaboration I did with Frank Addelia who also was a gymnast. This is a super intense core workout that also works the shoulders, arms, back, and it is a great exercise for your handstand training. This exercise was a regular staple in my training program as a gymnast in college, and if you are trying to up your game on your handstand, then it should be part of your routine as well. All you need is a “little” help. Today I have my buddy Frank Addelia to help spot me in the very technically named Tic Toc. Yes, the name of this exercise is downright stupid, but the exercise itself is nothing less than downright Awesome!
