BEST ABS BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES FOR SIX PACK
Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10:16AM Today I have Some Unique and advanced Ab Exercises using just your own bodyweight. After all, you don't need to learn from ME how to a crunch 10 different ways on the ground. There's plenty of those guys out there! Here are the 3 exercises - (make sure you watch the video)
1. Pole Body Levers
2. V - Ups or Tuck Ups
3. BodyRocks
Doing a combination of All 3 of these exercises back to back will absolutely destroy those abs. Give it a try and let me know how it goes below in the comments (on youtube). I know these exercises are difficult so use your best judgement and don’t get hurt. I have got a lot of information about body weight exercises from this blog. But i want to know what is the best and easiest and safest way for a beginner?
I was able to get my 6 pack abs in six months by doing crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, cardio workouts regularly and proper diet.
