Today I have Some Unique and advanced Ab Exercises using just your own bodyweight. After all, you don't need to learn from ME how to a crunch 10 different ways on the ground. There's plenty of those guys out there! Here are the 3 exercises - (make sure you watch the video)
1. Pole Body Levers
2. V - Ups or Tuck Ups
Doing a combination of All 3 of these exercises back to back will absolutely destroy those abs. Give it a try and let me know how it goes below in the comments (on youtube).
