Best Chest Bodyweight Exercises
Monday, April 23, 2012 at 6:25AM This week we continue the body weight training theme with some exercises for your chest. I have some video of 3 exercises which are:
1. Lateral Explosive Medicine Ball Pushups
2. Bodyweight Chest Fly
3. 1 arm Suspended Pushup and a variation with Rotation
I think you will enjoy these exercises and find them challenging. They are certainly not easy! Watch the video and let me know what you think. Good luck!
Stay Tuned, there's more coming in our body weight training series. You can check out the bodyweight training playlist here.
