Best Leg Exercises Using Your Own Bodyweight

Last week we hit up some upper back exercises using our own bodyweight at the park and this week user @Dadweight (on youtube) requested we do some bodyweight leg exercises to strengthen his legs without increasing load on his lower back.

Here are the Exercises: 

1. Squats with Body weight and Indo Board

2. Hamstrings Curl using Suspension Trainer

3. Bulgarian Split Squat

4. Bench Step Ups

Of these 4 exercises, which one is your fav?  I’d have to say I absolutely love the challenge of training on the Indo Board, but that’s just me and I like all of them.  Thanks for giving this video a Thumbs up below and sharing with the people in your life that can use a little kick in the toosh to start exercising!
