Training The Mind Body Connection with the PS3 and MX Vs ATV
Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 9:21PM
Dr. Terry Weyman, DC and his son Tyler have been training for Moto Cross. Terry has Tyler training by using his Indo Board and playing his video games, specifically MX vs. ATV Reflex for Playstation 3. This type of training works on the autonomic nervous system and is great for training for motocross as well as other sports. In the future, I expect to see much more of this type of subconscious training done using the Indo Board for other sports while playing video games. It is great for training the whole body, preventing injury, great exercise, and LOTS OF FUN! It's more difficult than it looks, so good luck!

Wow that is a really cool idea for when your playing video games. You are working on so much mind activate at the same time. I think it would be a great idea for everyone, that way your not just sitting on the couch.
