Quirky Quinoa!!!
Monday, February 8, 2010 at 12:54PM This is my new favorite recipe using the supergrain Quinoa! It is loaded with nutrients, fiber, protein, and the taste is out of this world with a spicy kick and lots of different textures. It consists of
1 cup of Quinoa!
1 can of organic diced tomato
Broccoli, Peppers (as much as you want)
Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp
1 Cup of Brown Rice
1 Can of Organic Garbanzo Beans
Some Hot Sauce!
