Indo Board Workout of the Month
Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 11:13AM Here's a tough exercise circuit you can do with your Indo Board, a Pullup Bar, TRX, and either a body bar or dumbbells.
Do these 3 exercises with minimal rest between exercises and sets-
- Pullups - 8 reps (or just do your best)
- Indo Board Atomic Pushups - 12 reps
- Indo Squat Thrusters (with Dumbbells or body bar) 12 Reps
Repeat 8 SETS! or 30 minutes. This is sure to get the heart rate going!
