Indo Board Workout of the Month

Here's a tough exercise circuit you can do with your Indo Board, a Pullup Bar, TRX, and either a body bar or dumbbells.

Do these 3 exercises with minimal rest between exercises and sets-

  • Pullups - 8 reps (or just do your best)
  • Indo Board Atomic Pushups - 12 reps
  • Indo Squat Thrusters (with Dumbbells or body bar) 12 Reps

Repeat 8 SETS! or 30 minutes.  This is sure to get the heart rate going!

Downloaded! Uhm... I'm gonna need to workout on the pull ups... but the rest are just OK....
