Hummus is a great way to enjoy the Super Bowl without adding an insane amount of Calories to you diet, especially if you dip some healthy veggies in your home made hummus! Julieanna teaches me how to make some healthy hummus using garbanzo beans, cashews, paprika, sesame butter, lemon juice, yeast flakes, sea salt, and water.
