Healthy Quick Meals - Basu's Homestyle Sauces in a Veggie Stirfry

This is the first video in a series of four videos of Jon and Julieanna Hever  creating some healthy plant based or vegan recipes using Basu's Homestyle sauces which can be found in whole foods. This recipe is a vindaloo veggie stirfry with broccoli, mushrooms, red bell pepper, bok choy and brown rice. Vegetable broth is used to saute' the veggies.  You can buy Basu's fantastic vegan sauces at Whole Foods and you can make quick and healthy meals with the sauces in vegan or non vegan meals. 

I personally am not a Vegan, although I am always looking for time efficient ways to introduce more fruits, vegetables, legumes, and grains into my lifestyle.  I hope these videos we have been working on will assist you in doing the same!  Enjoy!
