How To Make a Healthy Smoothie
Sunday, September 6, 2009 at 2:29PM Here is a video I posted after one of my workouts on How to Make a Healthy Smoothie. I like to use a mix of Frozen Berries, whey protein powder, Acai Juice, and water. I use the Magic Bullett to blend it since you can only make what you will drink :) and not make a thousand Calorie Smoothie. This smoothie has about 300 Calories in it and it is loaded with Antioxidants from the Berries and Acai Juice as well as protein from the Whey protein powder.
