An Indo Board Tutorial

Here's Chip going through a list of exercises and how to do them on the Indo Board using the Roller.  Included are a pushup sequence, Squat Thrusters, lateral Raise, and Front Raise.  All are great for core training, balance training, and shoulder strength.
