TRX 10-10-10 Circuit Training Exercise
Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 8:00PM Here is a quick video of a circuit I do with the TRX that I like to call the 10-10-10. It consists of 10 Side Tucks, 10 Pike Pushups, and 10 or more Pushups. It is a pretty difficult circuit and I think you guys will enjoy it!

Oh really great video and good to know about training exercise. I like exercise and fitness blog. they are very informative. I think exercise plays a great role to keep our body fit. WOW. I thought that wasn't going to be too hard. I borrowed a friends TRX and it KILLED me. Thanks for posting I am sold on the TRX equipment.
I like taking the T.R.X or my own version and doing circuits. I have jog around a track and go to the T.R.X and do different exercise over a 30 minute time frame or so. I get it done.
Great for getting my heart rate up and a good sweat also! Pretty simple routine and you can come up with any choices of exercises and also any order as well.
