My Interview With Julieanna Hever M.S., R.D., CPT  

I had a great opportunity yesterday to interview Julieanna Hever, "The Plant Based Dietitian."  Julieanna has plenty of great things to say about how to incorporate a plant based lifestyle into your fitness routine to prevent cancer and to keep you healthy.  While I still eat animal products, I think we all can incorporate more fruits and vegetables into our lifestyle and it would be a great thing.  In the future, Julieanna and I will be doing some cooking videos as well as some fitness videos for you guys so you can learn how to incorporate more fruits and vegetables and more exercise into your daily routine.  Comments are welcomed!
